Lacrosse, considered to be America's
first sport, was born of the North American Indian,
christened by the French, and adapted and raised by the
Canadians. Modern lacrosse has been wooed by athletes and
enthusiasts of the United States and the British
Commonwealth for over a century.
Lacrosse is considered one of the fastest
growing team sports in the United States. In the last
decade, the number of high school and youth teams has
increased by 65 percent and the number of college and club
teams has risen by 62 percent.
At Hills Youth Lacrosse, we
believe that youth lacrosse should be a fun experience that
teaches the kids the fundamentals and a love of the game.
The three concepts, fun,
fundamentals, and love for the game are our purpose and
mission. We believe that by promoting
Fun For Lacrosse that our kids and program will grow
within the community.
